ken, u r absolutely correct. no one can be blamed. Ralph A or Bob for the calls they make. They make the calls for their own reputations not for us. They are not working for us, we are soley responsible for our actions. If we make/loose mony based on their recommendation that's our gain/loss. The point is we can all be wrong and yet some these callers worship bob as the final truth. Now if was wrong abut the amount of correction we had (10%), he could be wrong abaout the bear market timeing. How does his follower know in the middle of the week what they will do if we correct say 23% or 30%? He needs to define when his model would signal a bear market. so they can take actions before it's too late. No body is going to want to sell once we are already deep into loosses. Personally, I am doing very well for the year. I sold all my ira stuff around july 13-16. Guess what I have huge returns on dell in last couple of years inspite of Bob trashing the stock. Currently i have puts only to hedge. People can listen to everyone but finally they should use their own head and not wait on some one to tell them.
