Mr. Mitchell, It never happened. There was no Wellrich-AZNT arbitration hearing. You are either being had by Wellrich , or...an accomplice of Wellrich's. What you are refering to are the desperate acts of desperate men. What you are refering to are orchestrated theatrics. They were not legal proceedings sanctioned by any court or judicial body. It was Wellrich giving it the proverbial 'last ditch effort'. You cannot post any documention whatsoever to back these bogus claims and , I would suggest to you, that if Wellrich indeed provides you with some kind of documentation, that you are quite diligent in verifying it's authenticity. There is no record of ANY ARBITRATION HEARINGS between Wellrich & AZNT, like your claims pertaining to Mr. Gary Sylver, it is a bogus claim. It says much about those that would post it as fact without doing the diligence to verify it's authenticity. RB
