Raven,

EVI as far as I know have have drill floor equipment, casing running tools, completions equipment, drilling tools, specialist fishing tools.

SII have drill bits, tools and they also own MI drilling fluids (these guys own the largest barite and bentonite supplies in US - I think??)

Anyhow, if my sources are correct then Enterra have very large backing from middle east and are very agressive at buying innovative companies in order to expand the services they offer.

SII seems like a fit for consolidation and expanded services, buy cautiously and keep your eye on the volume buys.

Your comments on BHI not having the same momentum are well taken. Remember, that they just bought Western Atlas, so they are loaded down with debt, and Wall St. has to discount some of their earnings to pay back debt. IMO BHI will be very good long term. They are the SLB equiv. of downhole tools and are way ahead of the field in CT technology IMHO.

Good luck,

Paul.
