Thanks for the post, rick f. I, too am long a bunch of shares at $2.50, have averaged down in the hope of future recovery. As you note, the market did not react kindly for us with his deal. I am also surprised at its hasty nature;I can only assume that the fred et al. own so many shares tyhey assume that they could have passed a vote on this. Do you have civil action against NUOA, rick f. You mentioned an attorney. If you think the info is better kept private, email me personally. SG
