MrGreenJeans, I heard some commentator the other day say that he felt Cohen was so positive was because, if she went bearish, she could cause the markets to go down...more than they have so far. If this happened , it would have a negative impact on GS issuing their IPO. The commentator said she was between the rock and hard place. Sorry, I don't recall who the commentator was, or for that matter, what show it was.

Bob is probably not as adamant a bull as he was back in January or even a week ago because the market has dropped 1000 points below his buy level of 8650. I think this has humbled him a bit, so by saying the market is attractive implies that eventually stocks will climb, but maybe not in rally-like fashion.
