Terry, a very nice statement. But, you see, once you're in this--you can't get out of it! (LOL) But you never responded to my suggestion of a legal advisory notice. That would seem a simple thing to do. You've done all the research. Why not construct it into a document, get it notarized and send it the company. Simply put, it would be a dated document noting all of your (our) concerns and would serve as a notice to the company that there is an awareness of certain conditions, and that you are (we are) reserving the right to take action until further clarification is discovered in the course of the company's furture action. If Zulu's progression into ESVS is such that these concerns get satisfied, then that's it, the document goes in the trash bin. But if, however, your worst fear is realized, at least you have a date document by which to pursue further action. To me, this is more sensible than promulgating an unnecessary lawsuit and all the bad press that goes with that, and ultimately turning what may well be a can with but a few worms into a can of worms so plentiful you no longer can get the lid back on. Doing this enables you to not only satisfy your concerns, but also continue foward in your advocacy relative to the potential of what Zulu can become in the future. Remember, you're a Zulu long and you have future hopes and dreams which are predicated on Zulu succeeding. Don't lose this! I guess, in effect what I'm proposing is that you fly two balloons on one string. In closing, I would recommend that you converse with SI's Sam Matz. He's been around these threads for a long time. He knows the history of what's going on. And when the original announcement came out, in retrospect, he seems to have a reasonably good handle on how best to react. Maybe he'll give you some insight you might otherwise not get from these public threads. Just a suggestion. In any event, whatever you do, please don't leave us. Point/counterpoint is very important and so is your voice. So, please, no swan song. OK? Enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend! I'm now going rollerblading down a 25-mile stretch of the ocean coast.
