Janice, I see Sylver has been sued as early as 1990 and as late as 1997, 10 times in all. Even worse, those are just the judgments he lost and/or have already been settled, unless, of course, every suit against him has been settled and he has lost every one. If he can't manage his own checkbook, it's no wonder he's having problems managing those 70 million outstanding shares. Bounce a few checks, cancel a few shares, same difference if you're the one not getting paid, don't you think? Do you suppose Atty Robert Qualey knows about Sylver's record? How about Bgtit? - Jeff

LAS VEGAS 89155 Creditor: FRONTIER BONDING Amount Owed: $7,364 Debtor: SYLVER MICHAEL A 4320 W RENO AV LAS VEGAS 89103 It seems that Frontier Bonding is listed at 2915 West Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, 89102 (702)-877-8823. Their SIC code is 62110000 which is the category for Security Brokers and Flotation Companies.

Very interesting, the man wouldn't even pay the pediatrician. As I understand it $5,000,000 was raised from the sale of stock, with Wellrich of San Diego raising the bulk of that. Mr. Sylver doesn't seem to be a man of his word.
