Yes, I know there are old filings, but as you point out they are way out of date. Sure, financials are always past history, always out of date - but the longer they wait the more out of date they get.

It is just basic to running a business to keep the books up to date. I see the delay in reporting to be a red flag in itself. These 'additional, profitable acquisitions' are not imho a good excuse, as there is no way for the investor to judge the effects of them on the future of the company without audited double-entry SEC filings. Remember every acquisition cost the company something - whether it was share paper or cash there was a cost, there ain't no free lunch, and until you get to see the bill you don't know what lunch cost. In this case you don't even get to see what it tastes like.

I hope it works out for you, but I honestly think your confidence is misplaced in a company this far behind in opening its books to the shareholders ....... cheers ...... marcos
