You're right Janice, I don't think it's any kind of a bombshell either, as a matter of fact, i'm not even surprised but I think someone would have to have a pretty poor memory to forget about it by tuesday.

^^^This wasn't, I'm afraid, intended to be any kind of bombshell. Just some common-or-garden variety data.^^^ good post janice

exactly, inconclusive data, one company does not a pattern make
robert qualey is key difference, hear he is conservative and keeps
mr sylver's ambitious plans tempered with good biz sense, aznt is like the sum of the parts being greater force. dr l scientist not biz man, m sylver agressive go getter, r qualey voice of reason and credibility

actually your dd showed me how important all the key people are to the overall success of aznt.

off to family bb que have a nice day janice
you have been a pleasure to post with on this thread
people on si over react to you on their thread
if the company is a good one they will survive your queries
enjoying this way more than our time on cygs.
that was not my pick this is
maybe that's why things are so different here

Lest we forget - the claim about the one time "largest independent company in Nevada" wasn't just made on the company web site. It was also made in AZNT's one and only 10-K filed to date. I wonder what the attitude of the SEC will be if this statement should prove to be inaccurate:

Michael A. Sylver - President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Sylver has over 20 years of executive level management, having formed and operated several innovative management companies in the United States and Canada. His management expertise created and development Energy Management Corporation into, what was at one time, the largest independent company in Nevada.

Ms. Shell,
".....So you think a deadbeat CEO is okay?...."
You post this with the same authority you posted to me that there was an arbitration hearing between Wellrich & AZNT. There was not. You were not being truthful. The next step is to figure out why you are posting lies to negatively affect AZNT and AZNT shareholders. Either your diligence is very, very weak, or...you do it with malicious intent and purpose. Can you inform us which?

Good Day
