Charlie, didn't mean to come off testy, if I did, sorry 'bout that. Descending prices are not the answer, and to suggest that some arbitrary water line will be established is to throw sand in the eyes of competition, IMO. Maybe water will seek its own level, however, through consolidations and shakeouts, until a new cartel of sorts can come into power. Does that sound a more likely outcome than the sub-cent scenario? I think it does, and I think it will be engendered, in part, through the use of abruptly-issued regs which will have the effect of starving out the lesser-capped entrants. Just my thoughts, while I wait for this BBQ to get hot enough to start sizzling some chops and steaks. mmm... care to join us? Later, Charles, and you have a good one too, Frank C.
