Jhild or anyone else who doesn't reveal their identity to you is probably aware of the harrassment you inflict on those whose identity you do know but consider to be your enemy.

This is my last post on the subject. It is not "one paragraph" sir. The document is three pages in it's entirety. You're becoming more than a little tiresome. jhild has clearly stated that he's already seen the document. As have we all: Jeff put it up at magneticdiary and posted the link here. What jhild is asking is for you to indicate where said document specifies that the Brazilian export license is exclusive. You appear to be unable to do this.
