Actually, this point was brought up many times. CF realizes that they made a mistake with earnings predictions. Pete also didn't want to create a black hole by not giving any earnings guidance after the earnings revision (like open market did). Although he said after this fiscal year, CheckFree plans to get out of the "earnings prediction business". Benny
