The departures at MSFDC are very good for CF. My understanding of MSFDC is that Microsoft is calling the shots, one reason Chuck White left (a FDC'er). Also it is expected that MSFDC will change their bill presentment model in the very near future to look more like CF's. While this should help MSFDC sign up more billers, it will most likely delay their production release date, again. Benny
