Please note my two previous posts ... Until I see something exchanged in that manner, all of the BS about the non-existant contracts for exclusivity is totally moot ... yes, moot, because it is indeed offset by the allegations I found on this thread upon my return earlier tonight concerning the 'arbitration' hearings in LVS. In the time I have communicated with Janice and the others, I have never seen them waste a moment posting information that they considered important to the others on the thread, therefore, I must question why this information has not been made available to we shareholders ... I'm verrrrry disappointed. This revelation is far more important than the matter of whether there is any form of exclusivity favoring AZNT. Further, I wonder, if they do get the total documentation that was sent to me will they have the moxie to realize that there are two more steps to find the final line they say they are seeking ... Of course, they have been given a BIG hint in one of my previous posts, however after the headaches they have caused me, I'll just let them ride from there with no further assistance from me. Sounds like we are at 'put up or shut up time' for all those posting on the basher slasher burner side.
