Gary that is right and worse..Rubin painted himself into the corner should events unfold as scripted...

''I have said that the strong dollar serves our interests and that we have shared Japanese concerns about the weakness of the yen. Our foreign exchange policy has not changed,'' he added.

Rubin said there had been no ''specific or concrete discussion'' of exchange rates at the meeting with his Japanese counterpart.
