but I hope he spared us the hearsay and descriptions of sex. Are you implying that Monica's testimony is "hearsay"? If so, you're wrong. Witness testimony is not "hearsay". I do fault Clinton for taking the risk that he did with this Lewinsky matter when he knew that he had enemies investigating him. Yes, to a criminal, the law is the enemy: You are implying that the United States Attorney General that Clinton appointed, Janet Reno, is the enemy. Also apparently the enemy is the three-judge panel overseeing the investigation of Clinton corruption, and also Independent Council investigator Kenneth Starr.
