The implications of math are most unnerving. When people asked me if believed in God I said that to appear cool in the common room I did not but I could prove that he existed. The divinity students were impressed. The replied that they could not prove it but had faith that he did. Since they had not have faith in math, although their parents had multiplied, ergo suum, I did not pursue the explanation.

Here 'tis.

Sharon I just talked with Jack U.
I talked at length with him about who was who and who did what. He said when he started this thing his
attorney said he should find a shell to buy. Someone told him of a shell they knew was for sell (he told me the
name but I didn't get it down). He first talked with John Christinsen on April the 8th. On April 21 they signed a
letter of intent. It was some time after April 21 that Mr. Christinsen authorized the 18 million shares of
unauthorized ICVI stock. Mr. Uselton swears to me that he had no prior knowledge of the make up and sell of
these shares. When this was brought to light and the lawsuit was filed against Mr. Christinsen, Mr. Uselton
claims that Christinsen was shown special grants by the court which put Uselton's complaint at a
disadvantage within the courts. He claims Christinsen, Gorte, Lindsey, & Guttman put this scam together and
pulled it off. As for the new company that he started he said he put up some of his CD's to finance the thing
with the same management team he had with MTEI. He also said that the furniture and computers were
bought by him with his money along with the office space the company had. What I am confused about is who
owned the holdings to the W.V. properties. Mr. Uselton says it's some investment group out of California.
According to Mr. Uselton, Mr. Christinsen had the financing all arranged through the same California group to
support ME. This financing never materialized as we all know. From what I have gathered I take it there was
some sort of bogus corporation set up with a New York address. New York is the city that Mr. Guttman was
located. Whether it is Mr. Guttmans address I do not know. Mr Uselton says he will help in any way he can. If it
means testifiying or information. I hope this helps, it may be old news I don't know I have been gone for 6
weeks and just got home to find all this out. As I have told others on SI thread, I live about 100 miles from
Houston and will be glad to travel there if it will help. Are we looking into a class action suite against any of the
ICVI/MTEI management? If not we should. Mr. Uselton did tell me that the SEC was looking into the matter for
possible wrong doing. Good Luck to all of us.

Danny
