I understand that point, but (and here's where I reveal the shallowness of my knowledge, so please bear with me) I also understood that the blood/brain barrier was a serious problem in delivering some therapies to the brain. Two questions therefore; first, does this make any previously unviable therapies viable, and second, is it a new idea at all - as any cocaine user might also ask ?
