Looting their assets was what one of them was saying about DELL using all the cash generated to buy back stock at, in their opinion, highly inflated prices to pay for their employee options.

Mohan, the looting comment referred to Hickey stating that DELL had used 75% of its quarterly cash flow to buy back its stock. A good soundbite with no substance, in my opinion. Unfortunately, it may hurt DELL's performance Tuesday.
