Glenn, Your information is obviously in error since the defendant's lawyers have confirmed that the investigations are at a close. Only the TSSB is pursuing the matter but half-heartedly. The TSSB was at Oilex offices for several days, without a warrant, going over private and confidential files of the defendant. Now anything that comes out of those investigations is tainted, it is forbidden fruit. So much for the sophistication of the investigators.
