My friend. BB stocks do NOT (generally speaking) always follow the "overall-market" down (or up). they ("micro-cap") stocks really do live in a world "all-their-own". this can, of course, be a "bad" thing or it can be a "good" thing, but it is never a "given" thing as to what a particular BB stock is going to do (or not do) respective of the "over-all" stock market. you sound to me as though you are a rather intelligent stock market investor, but also you sound like you are a rather CONFUSED stock market investor. do you really believe in the future of this company or not? if you DO believe in the future of "TSIS" then why in the world would you ever - EVER!! - sell your shares of stock at fifty-CENTS ($.50) per share when the stock price (IMO) seems to have a VERY good chance of going (easily) up to two (2) to three (3) DOLLARS (or MORE!!) per share in the not too distant future - six (6) months to a year? my friend, WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF? why would you ever settle for a few HUNDRED dollars of profit when you - perhaps (very likely) - could make literally THOUSANDS of dollars of profit if you simply just had the nerve to "hang-tuff" for - perhaps - just a few more months. please understand me, i am NOT trying to "slam" you in any way. "slamming" is ALWAYS a very stupid thing to do and i would NEVER do that to anyone on this board (or on any other board). i just simply do NOT really understand what your LOGIC is in how you buy/sell stocks - especially "micro-cap" stocks!! to my way of thinking, a person either believes in a company or you do not!! if you do NOT believe in the company, then it SEEMS ONLY LOGICAL to GET OUT NOW!! if a person DOES really believe in a company, then, again, it SEEMS ONLY LOGICAL to "hang-in-there" for the really "big" bucks!! take care, my friend. God bless.

I support you for saying what you think.

And, to a moderate degree, I agree with what you state. Perhaps two months ago, now, I began to feel a bit uncomfortable with the market in general. I eliminated all my margins and began setting progressively closer stops ... either real or mental, depending upon the trading in the stock ... and closed out a number of positions. (I am happy to state that I was correct in closing out all those positions; with one exception, those stocks are now trading lower than when I sold.)

Everyone likes to be able to "sell and then buy back in later at a cheaper price".

My opinion, and that's all it is, is that there still is some downward motion or flexibility in the market. And that quite possibly we have begin a transition from an 8-year-bull-market to a trading market, even if a humongous downslide does not appear, as some bear-side analysts would have us believe.

FWIW, I continue my practice of buying small quantities of shares in a few select companies whose prospects and fundamentals I like. After a 30-day waiting period, I will figure out whether to keep the new shares, or to use them on a "swap out" to achieve a lower average price plus a tax loss to offset gains so far this year.

TSIS is currently in my "swap out" category. Anyone interested may P-mail me for my current list of holdings which I am also swapping out.
