Mr. Martin, There was absolutely no hearing , no arbitration, nothing. The only one here playing the game of semantics is yourself. There was no judgement. If you call 2 individuals cold-calling the company upon there arrival in Las Vegas & renting a conference room an arbitration hearing you are daft. There was no "judgement", no "arbitrators", the 2 individuals who cold-called the company were not licensed in Nevada. It was a desperate attempt by desperate people. It was orchestrated theatrics. There are no "judgements "to produce. There was no "arbitration". Semantics? You have an all encompassing use of the word, don't you? RB
