>>Don't know what happens if both rally strongly Monday and then retrace halfway on Tuesday - would we then go down with
no rally?<<

I think that will be OK still. It depends on how big
the a day Monday is, and the reasons for it. I'll sort of
average out the two days and keep up on the news.

I was thinking though, that one major problem remaining is
that International banks have looked bad last 3 days or so.
They seem to have lost lots of $$ with Russia devaluation,
and S.America market drop (btw...don't forget S.America...they
have to make up some ground). I don't think it's a huge
dent in these large banks, but it looks bad, and nobody
knows for sure...so monday, I will be looking to see
how Chase, Citibank, Bankers Trust all do.

BTW... after Japan's Finance Minister's meeting with
Ruben last Friday, I have officially given up on Japan.
They're only hope is for massive bankruptcies.
The Asian problem can not rely on Japan whatsoever
anymore... that's my take. China, HK, and maybe S.Korea will
be the new superpowers over there.

Yen is down to 133.7 per dollar...wow!!

German Mark is 1.731 per dollar. This could be a problem.
Germany and Europe have been pretty successful over the
last 6 months or more by profiting from strong dollar.
But, I'm hoping that they are more concerned that our
Markets are weak from too strong a dollar.
