bmart. In a PM to me on Friday, you confirmed that Sylver did indeed lose his temper (he's said to have quite a nasty one) with the attorneys from California.

This would suggest that there was in fact a meeting... And before you suggest it: I said to you that this incident took place at said meeting; you did not disagree, nor did you tell me that it happened in the course of a telephone conversation.
