Yamakita,

Japanese business are loaded with corruption and infiltrated by gangsters. It's politicians are constantly being indicted for some financial scandal and are shown on TV being dragged to jail or to the morgue (suicide is the honorable way out).

With the big bang why would the Japanese people put their money in the postal system earning 1/2% when hey can get 5 1/2% in the US? The Japanese can't raise rates with the economy in a depression and a national debt 1 1/2x's GDP.

And on a footnote, here's one of my "hysterical" but what proved very profitable posts from April.

The world is teetering on a depression and unless the US floods the world with liquidity. Stocks will collapse and gold will soar. Buy Gold, buy gold, buy gold.
