TOKYO (AP) -- The U.S. dollar dropped to a four-month low against the yen Monday after Federal Reserve chairman Alan Greenspan hinted at an interest rate cut to prevent a U.S. recession. Tokyo stocks soared.

That's the first time I've heard Greenspan's name in about three months. I've heard Rubin mentioned recently, but not Greenspan. I thought maybe he'd been kidnapped by extraterrestrial aliens.
