Ray,

The bottom? I doubt it. Perhaps in HK, but even there I see much more to be resolved. I call it a temporary rally, and look for things to slump at least once more. The Malaysian rally is quite incomprehensible to me - I really wonder who is buying.

Ray: Appears there may be more short covering in the HSI before it recedes. Meanwhile, the government people ought to stop their quibbling and consolidate their opinions.

It's been reported that activity may move to the second-tier and smaller issues,...where I hang-out. That's all I DON'T need. Two I'm familiar w/ have been asked by the exchange to provide statements that account for the recent flux in their stocks' prices and trading volume.
