The covering will commence once AZNT puts out a release disclosing everyone has been served and clarifies the last phase of it's incremental program to cleanse the AZNT market of 4MM+ illegal and invalid shares. Not before.

Really. Last week both you and bgtit were saying that everyone HAD been served. If that's the case, why on earth should they wait to begin covering till AZNT issues a press release? Makes no sense at all.

<<At that point Wellrich was no longer able to act as a brokerage/ securities dealer. Since there was no longer a binding legal contract, there could be no arbitration, no contract, no arbitration.>>

Virtually any contract that contains an arbitration clause provides for the subsequent arbitration of any dispute arising from events that took place during the period covered by the contract. In other words, even if the contract is no longer effective, disputes arising from prior events must be arbitrated as provided by the contract.

For example, when I open an account with XYZ Brokerage, I sign an arbitration contract. Something happens and I close the account. Six months later I file a claim against XYZ in arbitration. Even though the account is no longer open, the claim is valid and must be arbitrated.
