Michelle, This is quite a thread. It has a collection of hate full " holier than thou "personages. The ancient philistines have come to the US. I think that Greenspan has correctly set on a course to reduce the interest rates here in the US so that we can help the ailing Asian and other foreign markets. This should help stabilize the world economies and permit the congress to deal with the perjury and obstruction of justice issues that may be contained in the Starr report. I think that this will consume about 6 weeks after the report is delivered. This is bearable. the markets should stabilize. I expect the US stock market to rise do to these factors.
