Chris; Yes, I suppose with exposure such as you and others had/have to EXSO's downs and downs (the 'ups' seem like a long time ago) something in an explanation would go a little ways toward making your losses an iota easier to accept. My situation, here as a greenhorn freshman to self-directed investing, did not allow me the freedom to place any bets of that size, on anything, let alone a venture with the thornbush look and feel of EXSO. Given that I'm here to learn what I can about a fascinating subject, and that Sam walked me and any number of other interested people through some great 'lectures' on the Oil Patch awhile back, I'd feel a little worse than wiggly trying to extract any Inside Scoop on any position that he's held, anywhere. So the straight dope from EXSO's back rooms will have to bubble up, unbeckoned, before I'm privy to them. That's where the best sea-stories always come from, anyway. Here's hoping for better luck down the pike. Lee
