you may have a lawsuit against is the newspaper You make a good point Al-len, and it is something that I have been pondering and discussing. Your problem and the problem with others commenting on that story is that I have since officially and publicly notified you that the story contained many inacurracies. And since, you and various others have posted the link to the SEC site where it is posted so you obviously have read it or are aware of where it is so you can verify your facts. No Al-len, I am not harassing you. I am pointing out where you have assisted in spreading a serious libel against me. The exchange of contentious repartee' between us from the past has gone beyond what is legally tolerable for me. Further, this false accusation has been thrust out there as a counter whenever I ask difficult questions or try to pin down a specific point. Now the issue is Bmart, and how he arrived at his false perceptions about me. And how did you and others such as Pugs, RileyG, and others contribute to spreading this lie. You did not ask for clarification but I provided the facts so far as I can provide them. You have the link to the civil suit so you should have no more reason to clarify anything. The onus is not on me to clarify, Al-len. It is on you and others who choose to post libelous information about me. Failure to get your facts straight makes you legally vulnerable. Basically, you would be better off staying out of this from now on Al-len and never again comment on this legal issue. If you can't discuss this stock with myself and others, I would suggest you not venture into the arena of libel. Ron
