As I remember it he has between 45-90 days to exercise his sale. I don't recall the exact # of days, but do know that the declaration has an expiration date.

I guess what I'm saying the that there is not enough information to conclude anything. The 144 begs more questions than it answers. With the information available, you can easily argue either side.

My real opinion is that RNTK, for reasons beyond me, have continued to pre-announce a type of deal that 99 times out of a 100, is kept a secret until it is final. They have stuck their necks out by even projecting a date ! Highly irregular, IMO. Therefore, all signs point to a near term deal. Exercising an option to buy and filing a 144 should be interpreted as good signs.
