Dell's option usage is to be found in the 10K's,
I believe. The last I saw they still held calls
at strike of $40 for the program. As needed,
they will sell a spread - sell puts and buy calls
for a small net profit. Then if price falls below
put strike they are committed to buy at that price.
If price rises they have the calls to use for the buyback
program.
