Yes, businesses do often get sued, but usually not by banks.

Anyone, excellent dd requires significant information to draw upon, to ignore information regarding an officer would be a mistake. It is better to know more than less. Do previous patents in the asphalt industry signify anything for AZNT? No, of course not, but it does provide insight into the talent of an individual. Does character information have value? I believe it always has some value, sometimes more, sometimes less. It is wise to know as much about the officers of companies(especially penny stocks) one invests their own money in. We will learn more by asking additional questions.
