Yes. But "financial services" and "electronics" industries account for about 40% of networking equipment market - two largest customers.

Bad example :-) during the last downturn in the early 90's Boeing invested heavily in automation technologies. The 777 program alone (right there in Everett) involved more than a billion dollars in Information Technology infrastructure. A good portion was network infrastructure.

Also - everyone assumes L3 switches have awful margins. They also said that about access routers and fast ethernet switches. I can't remember seeing our margins decline when we took 1st in access routers or with fast ethernet :-)
