Does the stock have to be in MY name as of 6/1/98 or can they be in street name (I think that's the right terminology)? In other words, I bought 80,000 shares (pre-split) of CVIA in April/May. I did not ask for the certs. I still have ALL my shares (266 post-split). Am I entitled to these warrants? Also, since they are not in my name. How will you know that I should get them? Another question, the warrants that have been discussed in detail recently... OK. Thanks for reply KAA, Thanks for the reply , that cleared it up for me. I think what was confuseing we was the same thing that was confusing mike. The plaintiffs will get common stock. And the ones that did not help with lawyer will get warrants. I think i got it now...smiles. I will get warrants, i bought mine in march and april. Ok...thanks again..!
