If no, why is it important?

I think a CEO's track record and credit history have bearing on his ability to perform his current job well. It always amazes me that some people find these things irrelevant.

And there's also the question of whether Nevada Energy Management was, as AZNT declared in an SEC filing, the "largest private business in Nevada".
