The stock market should be moving nicely higher come Tuesday. I base this on a couple of observations. Alan Greenspan and others have opened the door to a possible interest decrease:

There is going to be a lot of short covering tomorrow. I believe the bottom of the "Bear Market" was probably quite correctly called last week by Brenda Greer.

In any case, the biggest caveat about Y2K stocks is, well, Y2K. Justified or not, most of those stocks are trading and will trade on the assumption that the Y2K revenue stream will dry up in 18 to, at the outside, 24 months.
