LBOR: Right on. The off shore company that was set up to circumvent the US insurance regulations will self destruct very soon. The initial bottom line benefit will be reversed when the claims start being filed against the Workmans Comp division. The off shore insurance company shows a benefit now because the reserve for claims isn't sufficient to cover the experience rate of the blue collar industry LBOR is providing temps for. Just a matter of time before the melt down.
The company is trying to hold the stock price up while the insiders dump shares, even to the point of spending money (insurance reserve)to buy back stock while the CEO sells (dumps) shares on the unsuspecting public.
