Ken, In response to your suggestion of Fred using some of FXWA proceeds to buy back NUOA shares. I think it would be a great idea! If he would sell off FXWA shares gradually as not to hurt the stock price and in turn reduce and retire NUOA shares, we would benefit greatly. Selling off of up to 1 million FXWA shares, could raise between 6 and 7 million dollars which could easily retire 20 million shares of NUOA (possibly more). Any shareholders in agreement should be contacting the company and suggest the buy back. Jeff
