Bucky, I've just lost all respect for you. I may not be as technically rooted as you but I am far from ignorant. I think I deserve an apology. OG Gary, I am sorry you are offended and I do not think you are ignorant. I tend to react strongly when people make incorrect statements about Ascend, just as you do when it happens to Cisco. In this case, authentication is a very basic function of access servers, and Ascend is no exception. They've been doing this for much longer than Cisco has. bucky89
