Amen to the lawyer business. In the first place it's not nearly the big deal some would make out, and in the second place it's just serving as a whipping post for the poor STOCK performance of Cymer Inc. What do you think has happened to all the other fine tech companies spared class action law suits? The dominant economic realities of the Russian crisis, the Japanese malaise, the commodity semiconductor glut, the world depression scare, etc. are the real keys to the fortunes of Cymer and a host of other tech stocks. The Cymer class action suit will be the smallest footnote when the economic factors turn favorable.
