John I have a question regarding this statement: " If there really are prospects for bifurcating the company into a FL and Hard Rock Mining company, why make the change now?"

If Naxos does succeeds in bifurcation the company, What is done with any liability the company may face in regards to the ASC hearing? Would Naxos be split in two, with one company called Naxos (this being the Franklin Lake portion) and thus it would bear the burden of any adverse finding by the ASC? Mean while the other company, let's call it Kemp Engineering is free and clear of all burdens. Or would they both share equal burden?
