As for the volume, look at www.tradepbs.com as they will show a totally different volume on FP options.

How about that, volume of 842 on an open interest of only 466. Obviously that has to be more from daytraders passing around already existing calls than from new ones being written.

Okay, I think I got it this time: you're saying the price only went down by an amount somewhere between 1/8 and 1/4. (It looked to me like you were saying it was "lowered to 1/4".)

I still believe that was likely just a factor of trading activity on that option drying up just as the stock price started falling.
