Vince, I do not see Jim as a yes man. He has shown his temper at times. As you well know when dealing in the BULLETIN BOARD almost anything goes. I was not a fan of MDIN from the beginning and smelled a dead fish here. I still think if the reports are honest that the company may have something for its investors. The thing is is it an honest concern. I don't have a clue.
As for Interaxx, we had a CEO that ran the company to a point but was not strong enough to take it to the next level. He realized it himself
and has remained with the company after the new man took over. The new CEO and the old never knew each other before. The new CEO is bringing
an additional 2 board members on from our industry who are well known in the industry and the market place.
If MDIN had any sense they might want to think along these lines. We the shareholders of INAX own 95% of our company. We have a shareholder
advisory committee that must pass on everything before it goes to the board for final approval. This might be a good idea for MDIN before there is a shareholder upheavel.

Well while most of us cook the briskets and bbq the chickens and ribs, lets all hope they are working their butts off down in Chile trying to prove up the gold. I'm off to the TV tube to watch Big Mac...I say he hits two today...
