here are the prescan req I used:

avg30dvol > 25k
float <15
close >=2 and <= 20

I should have also included a min 250 day trading history, which would have further reduced the candidates

Inverted 3 dRSI trick * scan hits: I think the most likely ones will be those that do not have a 3 dRSI IHS breakout as a result of the hitch. From your list, those would be:
AAP
ABI
COGNF
EMPI
FMXI
HKID (a bit thinly traded)
IBIS
JMED
If MCLL is down tomorrow it will be under $5
POT looks really sweet. I'd short it without the inverted trick but with it...yehaa.

There, that narrows it down nicely.
The others with an * that are IHS breakouts should be monitored for an uptick on volume as possible buys if the market decides that it approves of the current supply/demand dynamic it's testing at this nexus.
