How can you accept "sometimes crashes" in all good conscience? That's like saying Doc Holliday "liked beer." The man was an out and out drunk of the first order. For those who are seeking a usable development environment for Java, they may care to look at NetBeans at netbeans.com NetBeans is fairly slow, because (unlike JBuilder) it is 100% Java. It runs on all platforms that can host JDK 1.1.6 and will soon be in Beta 3. The current Beta 2 is stable and useful for real work. "The final release of NetBeans Developer will be free for non-commercial and educational use. " It seems weird to be pointing directly to a competitor on the INPR board but I agree with Rod. INPR has screwed up and their customer base deserves better.
