I haven't dismissed anything.

If you do not wish to loan them money based on what you have read here, then by all means don't.

I don't mind "playing" with you if that's what you want, but the facts are this:

This board isn't going to decide whether or not they are credit worthy to anybody except the readers of the board.

The lenders they go to, if any, will decide what they will and act accordingly.

However, if it makes you happy, I will say that I agree with you I wouldn't lend them any of my money either.

Now, all that remains to be seen is if a bank etc agrees with us.

>> I would hypothesize that a commercial lender would rather give money to a panhandler than loan this company a dollar.<<

ROFL.... I think you're right. Anyone doesn't seem to know that the past is prologue to the future.

Sophisticated equity investors will employ the same methodology and standards.

.>> So where will this company get the funds to continue operating?<<

They get the money from unsophisticated equity investors who continually pin their hopes on companies like AZNT. The unsophisticated mushrooms believe whatever poop the company puts out. There are enough people with money to throw away to keep these companies "functioning" for many years. Of course the only "function" is to keep the CEO and his hangers-on, living the good life.
