The SEC filing plainly states that AZNT gets it's materials from Amazon Iindians who cruise the wilds of the rain forest OR from Bazilian plantations. If the company had any holdings in Brazil, there would be no reason to hide that from the SEC or the investors, in fact it is mandatory that it be disclosed.
