Jeff, I found this post over Bill Wexler's Profits of DOOM , the shorts are looking at this thread for new short ideas but not CCSI:

I see they think our CCSI has bottomed. We will all be happy when the shorts that are still holding end up having to to cover. Thank you to the shorts that gave me a chance to buy so many more shares below 4.

I'm in agreement with the direction of the market.

What Greenspan said in a speech at the University of California
Berkeley on Friday after the market closed, hinting on a cut rate this will give Wall Street a great boost.

The FOMC next meets on Sept. 29, and a number of economists are calling for a rate cut to ward off a global recession.
